Parabolic SAR TMA Strategy

Parabolic SAR TMA Strategy is a trend reversal strategy suitable for trading in the forex and with binary options high/low. The main feature of this strategy is is the synergy between the Parabolic Sar and the TMA Bands, the operations are generated when the price comes out of the bands and there is the change of direction of the SAR Parabolic. To trade with binary options we recommend the 1 min or 5 min time frame. Expiration time for 1 minute 5 candles, for 5 minutes expiry time 2-3 candles.

Time frame 1 min or higher

Currecy paires Majors, Minors, Indices and Commodities.

Trading Sessions for Binary Options High/low and scalping: London and New York.

Metatrader Indicators:

Parabolic SAR (0.2- 0.02),

Heiken Ashi Trend.

Trend Signal indicator MQ4.

Fast TMA Bands period 17, atr multiplier 1.7 periodatr = 100.

Trading rules Parabolic SAR TMA Strategy

Buy or Call

Price close out of the lower TMA band or touches the band.

Heiken Ashi Trend changes in green color.

Aqua dot of Parabolic Sar.

When these conditions occurred, open a long position.

Sell or Put

Price close out of the upper TMA band or touches the band.

Heiken Ashi Trend changes in red color.

Aqua red of Parabolic Sar.

When these conditions occurred, open a short position.

Exit position

Exit when Parabolic Sar Changes direction or at the levels of TMA, or, with predefined profit target with minimu ratio stop loss 1:1.

Initial stop loss below/above the previous swing high/low.
